Ingredients

• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chunks
• 1/4 tsp red food coloring
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup fresh brewed coffee

Instructions

1. Place milk and granulated sugar in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a simmer on medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in chocolate until melted.
5. Stir in food color, coffee and vanilla.
6. Serve warm
